Preparing for and deposing a corporate representative could be fraught and challenging as all who have run that gauntlet will agree. And all that was before the 2020 Amendments to FRCP 30(b)(6) which, amongst other things, now require a confer in good faith between the serving party and the organization before or promptly after notice or subpoena is served.

• What a proper notice or subpoena should
• Deciding which individual or individuals should
• Adequately preparing witnesses.
• How witnesses and counsel should conduct themselves during the deposit
• Discovery rulings     that    highlight shenanigans at FRCP 30(b)(6) depositions and sanctions imposed.
