Winnebago County has been selected to serve as a pilot site to explore electronic service of Orders of Protection, including Stalking No Contact Orders and Civil No Contract Orders. DV Coordinated Court staff will provide a brief overview of the grant pilot project and discuss ways attorneys can engage in this initiative.
