The single family joint approved form between the WCBA and the NorthWest Illinois Alliance of Realtors has been updated. A training will be held to familiarize attorneys with the changes. The training will be held at the office of NorthWest Illinois of Realtors office and they are providing lunch. Registration is required. Attorneys can earn 1.5 hours MCLE credit if they stay for the entire presentation.
