DESCRIPTION:The Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Elder Law is making several recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding various practices and is trying to connect with attorneys statewide to discuss some of the recommendations. One issue of importance is the recommendation to create a will depository for clients’ use\, in addition to the current program that allows attorneys to deposit wills. \nCook County Probate Chief Judge Daniel Malone and/or others will participate in a meeting via Zoom with attorneys who are members of the WCBA to provide background and solicit opinions from practitioners.
